End of an Era
I am saddened to announce that today is the expiration of David Moyes' 6-year contract. It's been a glorious run full of happy memories...

Memorable motivational quotes...

And some of the most entertaining football we've ever seen.

I will miss him. Icon_confused

What a glorious start he had though. 2-0 win to take his first hardware in The Charity Shield, followed by thrashing Swansea away 4-1.

That is seriously the only positive thing I can remember, went to shit pretty quick. Fortunately it led to United hiring the best manager Rooney ever played under...

Both him and that manager are massive D-bags. To think I actually paid good money to watch Rooney suck at DC United in April only for him to come out with such nonsense. Must have mixed medication and alcohol, again.

The Olympiakos game was also somewhat memorable. The only thrill we got all season. Other than that, it was crap result after crap result with Moyes clearly out of his depth and the senior players letting the club, themselves, the fans and Fergie (who chose them) down. Where to begin? Rio leaking the team to the press? Vidic abandoning ship a few days before we played Liverpool? Evra and Valencia refusing to take a penalty against Sunderland? And Moyes' way of making them assume responsibility was telling them they had to be like Leon Osman. What a shambles!

I read Rooney's comments and my immediate thought was that he was drunk again. There's no other excuse for such a load of bullshit. Unless, he is such an unsecure prick that he still holds it against Fergie that he called him out in public in 2010 and 2013.

I mean, therein lies the difference. Van Gaal made Rooney United captain and made him undroppable no matter how fat he was, how many times he partied until late and got pissed or how awful he played. On the other hand, Fergie always asked Rooney to get in shape and didn't hesitate to drop him when he was underperforming.

If you are a perfectionist lie Cristiano Ronaldo, you prefer Fergie's approach. If you are a slob who can't take criticism, you prefer Van Gaal's...

Calling it an error would be a compliment, lol. It was a disaster! The worrying part is that Woodward right now is just as clueless as that buffoon who offered Moyes a 6 year contract.

Only good thing about that is we'd have been rid of the Glazers by then and most of the overpriced wasters as well

Speaking of the overpriced wasters, apparently this is a Manchester United player. With bleach blond hair and a Luis Vitton handbag. Imagine Sir Alex's reaction if he saw this arrive for the first training session of the season...

RE: End of an Era
Nah, he's here to stay. Who's going to spend even 1 pound on him? And he doesn't want to leave either. He loves sitting on his
ass all year and collecting 80k per week for it.

Speaking of leeches, anyone hear the story about Fred? He didn't travel with the team to Australia because he arranged to get married this week. In the middle of a fucking pre season tour! His excuse? He thought he would have time off this week anyway because he was going to be part of Brazil's Copa America squad. The problem with that excuse? He hasn't been called up by his country in 9 months!

Not to mention Darmian, who supposedly keeps looking for a new club and who we've been stuck with for 4 years now. These fucking tourists are taking us for a ride.

They should dock his pay for not being ready and not paying him til he is on tour and make him pay his way there. Wtf is wrong with these players? Their mentality is so mercenary and they don’t really give a shot. Oh they will say the right things mostly in front a camera. But actions speak louder than words. This is a total fuck you to Ole. He told them they had to be in shape and ready for tour if they want to play in the season. I already want to not care about united but this just aggravates me even more.

They already had part of their pay deducted for failing to qualify for the Champions League, didn't they? Clearly it didn't teach them anything. They are incorrigible because no matter what we do, this is still as good as it's going to be for them. If it weren't for United, players like Rojo, Fred, Darmian and some others would be in a lower league team of their native country. At best. Earning 1/10th of what they're earning now.

They have survived 2 managers who couldn't get rid of them. And our genius in charge doesn't know how to get rid of them either. He has slapped a 25 million tag on Rojo. 9 million more than what we bought him for when he was 5 years younger, was coming off a decent World Cup and wasn't a lazy sicknote.
