RE: [Premier League] Manchester Utd vs West Ham (13/04/19)
Forget Barca, this is the real fight. The one at home.
Our home form is shit.
We have to win at home before thinking about winning away at Barca.
This is the #1 priority.

Ole should pick the strongest team, fuck rotation. Win at home at all costs.

DDG
Lindelof Smalling Jones Dalot
McTominay Fred Pogba
Rashford Lukaku Martial

Subs: Romero, Darmian, Rojo, Perreira,Mata,Lingard,Greenwood

- Lindelof because he is sharp and fit, as is Jones. Fuck Rojo/Darmian, neither has played in 4 months.
- Midfield picks itself.
- Rashford-Lukaku-Martial ahead of Mata or Lingard, those 3 are our most interchangeable goal threats. Lingard has poor output, at least Lukaku can play right wing and #9, Martial left wing and #9 and Rashford can play left/right/centre, Lingard can't do either 3 roles effectively. I wouldn't mind Mata playing ahead of Rashford if it's necessary, give Mata the shovel to bury himself.

2 Changes from midweek, bring on (Mata>Fred) (Lingard>Rashford) and Darmian or Greenwood if we need options.

RE: [Premier League] Manchester Utd vs West Ham (13/04/19)
Yeah, I agree. We have to play players into form as much as possible. We have 2 players who have been overworked in recent weeks: Shaw and Rashford. Shaw won't play again until the Manchester derby, so Marcus is the only one I would rest here. My team would be:

De Gea - Dalot, Smalling, Lindelof, Rojo - Andreas, McTom, Pogba - Lingard, Lukaku, Martial.

Rojo is my choice because in a game like this I don't think we should play a CB as a RB. I know Lingard has been poor since his injury, but I still feel that he will be very crucial for the Camp Nou game with his energy. So we have to get him ready for that. Andreas instead of Fred is merely because I want us to have a bit more creativity today and because Fred ran his socks off on Wednesday and will need to do so again on Tuesday.

5 changes
- We're going to drop points.
- Fred and Pogba lose possession easily
- Rojo is awful.
- Mata, Lingard, Lukaku are the most passive players we have.

To win we need Dalot, Pogba, Fred and Martial to have a world class performance.

RE: [Premier League] Manchester Utd vs West Ham (13/04/19)
Mata is playing as a right midfielder in a 4-3-3 it seems. Why isn't Andreas playing there instead?

Other than that, the lineup is ok, IMO. If we can't beat West Ham at home with these first XI, we might as well sell the lot of them in the summer.

But he's our best actor for the commercials?
I honestly think he's done more off the pitch than on it for this club. An absolute gentlemen but his time here should have ended in either 2016 or 17'.

No arguments that he's a good person, just not much of a footballer any more.

Yep. I will never stop saying that 6 years of working with negative managers ruined a player who was just as talented as David Silva.

Declan Rice auditioning for Old Trafford, he's a grafter but is he special? Is he any better than Scott McTominay.

He's never been as good as David Silva mate, not for Valencia/Spain/ Premier League.

Difference between world class and good. Like Ronaldo vs Nani.
