RE: [Premier League] Leicester City vs, Manchester Utd (03/02/19)
Ole needs a win, City play Arsenal and Chelsea in the next 2 and we need to be planted in the top 4 before our run of killer fixtures kicks in.

Ole needs to realize players like Jones, Lukaku, Mata and Alexis are not kindly viewed by the fan base until they earn their place on merit. The fans want to see Bailly, Rashford at #9, Martial wide and continuity. Even Mata has lost his goodwill from the fanbase.

Of course the manager should never listen to the fanbase on selection but the facts are he knows his best 11 and it mirrors the fans best 11 with the exception of that Troll Phil Jones who's infected his club with his mediocrity for too long.

Premier League games are the biggest priority and we cannot become complacent whether it's Fulham or Liverpool. 3 points is 3 points.

My Team:
DDG
Young Bailly Lindelof Shaw
Herrera Matic
Lingard Pogba Martial
Rashford.

Subs: Romero, Dalot, Smalling, Fred, Alexis, Mata, Lukaku.

If Pogba is injured, we can play Lingard centrally and put Lukaku wide right. Or we can play Mata at #10 and replace Pogba like for like.
If Martial is unfit, Alexis is the like for like replacement.

RE: [Premier League] Leicester City vs, Manchester Utd (03/02/19)
They are a very tough nut against top teams (Puel's type of team) and we won't find it easy. But we have to win at Leicester and Fulham if we want to maintain any hope of finishing in the top 4. Arsenal and Chelsea are stumbling and we have to capitalize.

No need for rotating this time. Play the strongest team (with Bailly in for Jones).

Fucking Spurs keep dragging out victories in the closing minutes even without Kane and Alli. Will be very difficult to catch them up.

RE: [Premier League] Leicester City vs Manchester Utd (03/02/19)
We are 9-12 points off Spurs, so that battle for 3rd is lost. We have done amazing to catch Chelsea and Arsenal and that's our battle for 4th now. Ole will have done great even if we finish within a few points of top 4.

But because we are Manchester United and we are within reach of top 4, we can win the FA Cup and also beat PSG that means we should go all out and see how far that takes us with no regrets.

If we rotate heavily we will have regrets, we should pick players on form and merit, judge them on that and buy and sell based on that.

Fuck I was hoping Smalling was back after being on the bench last match. Oh well let's hope it's Young, Bailly, Lindelof, Shaw and not Young, Jones, Lindelof, Shaw.

And I'm all in on Martial - Rashford - Lingard up top with Pogba - Herrera - Matic in the middle.

RE: [Premier League] Leicester City vs Manchester Utd (03/02/19)
Not that I rate Phil Jones, but I think Lindelof will be the key today. He's the one who will have to deal with Vardy's pace. Obviously I'd rather have Bailly or Smalling partnering Linde, but I think our defence today will mainly depend on what the Swede does. Sadly, it was on Tuesday where we needed a tall CB and Ole went with Jones.

Anyway, speaking of rotation, we are in luck with the fixture schedule. The FA made the same decision they made 2 years ago and they have put the cup game at the Bridge on Monday night. If you remember, back then they did it because we were playing an away game in the Europa League the previous Thursday. Now it's Chelsea that needed the favor but this also suits us because we will have more days to rest between PSG and Chelsea, while the Chelsea game is still 6 days away from the Liverpool game:

Fulham: February 9th
PSG: February 12th
Chelsea: February 18th
Liverpool: February 24th

I hope Alexis rolls back the years because he is looking past it and we already had one Rooney, we don't need another with no legacy stinking up the joint.

Its funny we all thought Rooney was shite at the end but he was 5x the player Alexis has been for the last year.

RE: [Premier League] Leicester City vs Manchester Utd (03/02/19)
Excited for this match! If that front four can’t mess with Johnny Evans I will be shocked. Need to not get beat by Vardy easily and we will be fine. Need to come out attacking and closing down players from the first whistle.

Lingard in makes the team play on the front for vs Mata, who I like as a person. And nothing else needs to be said for Herrera replacing Perreira.

Waiting for my Fellaini Chinese league jersey to arrive from eBay.... Angel

Jonny Evans? Hey, haven't seen him play in ages. I'd still rather have him than Jones and Smalling. Angel

Buffalo, I suspect TonyBee is also waiting for his Fellaini shirt. Icon_lol

This is till a bogey ground. We need to apply more pressure and clear cut opportunities. End the game early....

Mike Dean is bent as fuck. We need to be careful with that corrupt cunt around. He won't give us any decisions.

Seeing replays of that goal...

Lukaku could never do that, because Pogba knows that bastard could never bring the ball down with a great touch.

The way we are playing I can see a stray pass giving Leicester a easy route to scoring.

We don't look comfortable or confident. A little shaky and giving Leicester confidence to attack.
