The team that I would play today:

De Gea - Young, Bailly, Jones, Shaw - Fred, Matic, Pogba - Mata (as a 10) - Rashford, Heskaku

Given their front 2, we will need height at the back. And Lingard needs a rest.

Pereira for Herrera but still no rest for Matic or Pogs, hope to see Fred on at some point in the 2nd half. And fuck me but I hope Jones doesn't have a fuck up in him today. Good to see Smalling available back on the bench, hope he's over the injury, we'll need him through the meat of the season.

Bailly not even in the squad. Not sure why. He did really well at the Emirates and he should be one of our 2 CBs. Unless he's injured, again. Martial has a knock, apparently.

MUTV says it will be a 4-2-3-1, but I'm hopeful Rashford won't be on the wings and he will play close to Heskaku. About time we played with 2 up front.

Perreira and Mata given fair chances with a strong 11. Its on them to produce the goods.

I love that I trust Ole because his views mirror the fans so much.

The sooner we can bring Smalling into the team the better IMO. I like Lindelof and I've been very impressed by his progress this season, but I don't trust the other guy one bit. He's flirting with brain farts at any moment.

I just hope we limit their crossing today. Aerial defending is our weak spot at the moment and their strikers thrive on the aerial game.

When I saw the lineup, I assumed Rashford up front and Lukhesku and Mata on the wings but Big Luk and Rashford up front as a CF pair with Mata behind in a no 10 role works for me too.

In the pre-match, Ole just said Rash and Luk would be playing up front together.

Nice. That's the kind of system I wanted to see Mata in for a while now. No width, but hopefully Marcus will unlock them with his pace and movement.

Oh my Rashford... flubbed a point blank chance. UGH! Should be a healthy 1 - 0 right now.

Ball hopped a bit and Rashford mishit it. Beautiful pass by Lukaku, need to bury those and take them out early

That was a ridiculously tight offsides call, Mata looked even to me at the strike of the pass.

Arrgh, beauty of a pass from Andreas to Mata 8 yards out and he cant quite get the boot to it before Bardsley slides in with the last ditch challenge.

Turns out the lack of width is costing us.
